Everything you need to know about visiting Timahoe Community Hall in County Laois, including practical instructions for keybox access, building entry, and session payments.

How to access the keybox

The keybox is located directly beside the main entrance of Timahoe Community Hall. Prior to your scheduled booking, you will receive a secure four-digit code via text or email. Enter the code on the dials, push down the release latch to open the compartment, and retrieve the hall key. Once inside, please scramble the dials to keep the code secure. Please do not share the code with anyone else. The code will be changed periodically. If we change the code, we will notify any regular users of the change.

Entering and securing the hall

Use the key to unlock the main door and ensure all lights and heating controls are switched on as needed. When your fitness group, activity, or event finishes, please make sure all fire exits and windows are shut tight, switch off the lights, lock up the main door, and return the key directly into the keybox, closing the hatch firmly. Again, please ensure to scramble the numbers after closing the box.
